By accessing or using Hypertrial (the "Platform"), including any pages related to the "Stack 2.14x more BTC per $" challenge, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

• All content, metrics, charts, simulations, allocations, backtests, or results displayed on the Platform are for informational, research, and educational purposes only.
• Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset (including Bitcoin).
• Hypertrial does not act as your advisor, fiduciary, broker, dealer, or asset manager. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, including any trades, strategies, or allocations you implement in the real world.
• Past or simulated performance (including "2.14x more BTC per $" or similar figures) does not guarantee future results.

The Platform may host experiments, academic/industry collaborations (including with universities), challenges, and prototypes. Outputs may be incomplete, experimental, or contain errors and should not be relied upon for actual investment decisions.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Platform in your jurisdiction.
• You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to interfere with its operation, or reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit it in ways not permitted by law or these Terms.

Nothing on the Platform is an offer, solicitation, or invitation to buy or sell any security, derivative, or digital asset, or to participate in any specific trading strategy.

Figures displayed (e.g., "Total Investment," "Today's Spend," "Avg Daily Investment," allocations by date) may be simulated, approximate, delayed, or subject to error. Hypertrial makes no representation or warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypertrial, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or trading losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Platform or reliance on any content.

The Platform may link to third-party sites or services (e.g., Discord, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, GitHub). Hypertrial is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Hypertrial may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. These Terms may be updated periodically; continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction selected by Hypertrial. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any disputes arising from or related to the Platform or these Terms.
